Road Block...

Ok why is it that I do really great at working out and eating well and then BAM I kick myself in the butt. It is almost like I don't really want to lose the weight. BUT I DO! I know I do!Have you ever run into this or is it just me? Why do we sabotage our selves and our goals? HELP!!!!

  2. I read a book that changed my life! I read YOU on a Diet, By Roizen & Oz. It's an amazing book because it's not really a diet book, it's a book about how what you eat is your diet and why it is so important to put food into your body that your body NEEDS!!! My whole family has been transfat free for over 3 years. I wish I lived closer because I would loan you the book...but I have to say I would recommend buying it. Once you read about what "bad" food actually does to your body, it definately makes you think twice!!!
